Why DeadlineDesk exists
Small businesses do not miss renewals because they are careless. They miss them because the information lives in one person's memory, one person's inbox, or a spreadsheet that only gets opened when something has already gone wrong.
For a contractor bidding on institutional work, that is not an administrative annoyance. An expired enlistment certificate or trade licence disqualifies a submission before anyone reads the price. The work was winnable; the paperwork was not ready.
What we are building
One dashboard that answers one question: what is expiring, when, who is responsible, and has anything been done about it. Everything else in DeadlineDesk exists to serve that question.
What we are deliberately not building
DeadlineDesk is not an ERP, not accounting software, not a project management tool and not a document archive. Those products exist and are better at their jobs than a small tool bolted onto a deadline tracker would be.
Where we started
Bangladesh, with construction, engineering, electrical and MEP contractors. The data model is industry-neutral and country-neutral: country packs and starter templates are configuration, not hardcoded assumptions. A clinic in Dubai or a haulage firm in the UK tracks the same shape of problem.
