Pricing questions
- How does the free trial work?
- Seven days of the Starter plan, with no card. Add your deadlines, invite your team and see the dashboard. When the trial ends, choose a plan to keep going.
- What happens if I don't choose a plan when the trial ends?
- Your workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted: you can still see and export everything you added. You just cannot add or change deadlines, and reminder emails pause until you choose a plan.
- Is there a free plan?
- No. DeadlineDesk is a paid product with a 7-day free trial. Keeping it paid is what lets us keep reminders reliable and your documents private.
- What currency are prices in?
- US dollars, for every country.
- What happens if a payment fails?
- Your reminders keep running. You move into a grace period and we email you to update your payment details, rather than switching the product off the same day.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for. After that the workspace becomes read-only, and you can export all of your data at any point.
