DeadlineDesk

For contractors and suppliers

Never lose a tender because a company document expired unnoticed.

Trade licence, enlistment certificate, ABC licence, insurance, vehicle fitness, equipment certification. One lapsed document and the submission is rejected before anyone looks at your price.

What contractors actually track

The Bangladesh contractor starter pack is offered during onboarding. Add only the items that apply to your business, then add your own.

  • Trade Licence
  • TIN certificate
  • BIN / VAT registration
  • Income tax return acknowledgement
  • Contractor enlistment certificate
  • ABC electrical licence
  • Supervisory / electrical supervisor licence
  • General liability insurance
  • Vehicle fitness certificate
  • Vehicle tax token
  • Equipment inspection certificate
  • Bank solvency certificate
  • Key supplier agreement
  • Office lease agreement
  • Engineer professional membership

Templates are organizational aids and do not constitute legal, tax or regulatory advice. Not every contractor needs every document listed.

Three moments that cost real money

The tender you could not submit

The bid was ready. The enlistment certificate expired eleven days earlier and nobody noticed. The next opportunity from that client is months away.

The truck that could not move

A fitness certificate lapsed while the vehicle was on site. The delay is yours, the penalty is yours, and the client remembers.

The renewal that cost triple

Applied late, paid the expediting fee, sent a senior person to queue for a day. All of it avoidable with thirty days of warning.

Questions contractors ask

We already track this in Excel. Why change?
Because a spreadsheet cannot email the person responsible at 30, 14 and 7 days, and it cannot escalate to a manager when nothing has happened. You can import your existing spreadsheet in a few minutes and keep the structure you already use.
Does this handle documents for vehicles and equipment too?
Yes. Fitness certificates, tax tokens, route permits, equipment inspection certificates and operator licences are all just obligations with an expiry date and an owner.
Can our site engineers use it from a phone?
Yes. The dashboard, obligation editing, document upload and marking a renewal complete all work on a phone, so a certificate can be photographed and attached on site.
Does DeadlineDesk tell us which licences we legally need?
No, and it will not pretend to. The starter template is an organizational aid, not legal advice. You decide which documents apply to your business.
